Section 11.8 –  Consistency Rule

The first thing we need to keep in mind is that our traders are required  to participate in a minimum of 5 trading days for each withdrawal.

Batch size consistency range rule (except BE EVALUATION)

Your average trade size calculated at the time of your payment review is used to calculate a trading range. The range is determined by adding 100% to your average trade size to determine the maximum value and subtracting 75% to determine the minimum value. If the average size of your trade was 20 lots. This means that any trade that falls within the range of 5 to 40 lots will be considered consistent with your average trade size and is a normal trading day. The consistency rule applies only to the funded stage.

Trades that are inconsistent with the trading range are subject to review/deduction from total profit division. The lot size consistency range calculation is determined by all closed orders in an account from the first trade to the requested withdrawal date. Your average trade is a final number that is calculated once a payment is requested. To calculate your average, divide the total lot volume traded during the period by the total number of closed orders. After you find your average, simply multiply by 0.25 and 2.00 to find the bottom and top of your consistency range. Please note that partial orders will be treated as separate orders for consistency calculation since the metric is based on closed orders.

Batch size consistency range calculation:

Total Lot Volume Traded/Operations Executed: Average Lot Size

Average Batch Size x 0.25: Bottom of consistency range

Average Batch Size x 2.00: Top of consistency range

*Failure to comply with any of the restrictions described will result in immediate liquidation of positions on the trading platform and the account may face a ban. In such cases, the Provider has the right to terminate this Agreement.

We reserve the right to reject your application for non-compliance with any of the rules or for any other reason that affects the performance of the funded accounts. If our team confirms that you are eligible to earn commissions, the requested amount will be deposited into your balance and you will receive a certificate of performance.

Section 11.10 – Account format

When an operator reaches the “Funded” stage, they are operating in a simulated “DEMO” stage. Under no circumstances should it be understood that you are receiving real financing, this is a “DEMO” account in which you are rewarded with commissions in exchange for positive performance during this level of the program, as long as it is aligned with the rules of the program.

While the performance fee is paid to a trader during the “Funded” stage, the trading data of experienced traders can be monetized and used for greater profits by copying the positions to the company's own fund. This allows the merchant to offer a "data analyst" offer to the company, allowing them to be eligible for commission payments of 50%, 70%, 80%, 90% or 95% while providing such services to us, the figures will change based on the value of each trader's trading data, determined by performance and regular commission payments.

Our entity does not carry out real operations and is simply intended to be an "evaluator" and opens the door to commissioning eligible trading accounts to traders who provide simulated services as data analysts.

Please note that any reference to a "funded" stage is a trading account funded with simulated real conditions.
